They treat their employees like garbage
Horrible service. No communication between employees/installers/technicians. They made it REAL hard for me to spend $1200 in their store. I will NEVER appliance shop here again.
Purchased a grill for my husband for Father's Day. I wanted the grill to be assembled. I was told; it would be Monday and we could not have the floor model. The Manager on duty saved the day. Let with the floor model. She was awesome!! Thank you!
Went to lowes tonight and they did not have a checkout open beside the self scans..just means they dont want my business!!!!!
I would give them 0 if there was an option. One of the worst customer service experiences. I am going back and forth 4 times between store and credit services for a refund for a cancelled order
We just had Lowes install carpet on the stairs. When finished, they had marred the paint and damaged the woodwork up and down the stairs, they didn't use a pad over the bullnose, the staples were sticking out to where you could feel them, and they left rows of indentions where they stapled almost two inches above where the tread and riser meet, as well as several large pull/snags that stick out far above the carpet....... their response when these things were pointed out "oh, just hammer down the staples, touch up the paint ... read more
