RecommendedThere was a problem delivering a new washer, but the store manager was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. Mistakes happen - but it's how a store remedies the mistake that is important.
Ordered and paid for a washer for store pick-up. Two days later, drove an hour to pick it up only to be called and told it was”promised to another customer”. Was told it was now back ordered and would be awhile before they’d have more in stock. Don’t waste your time with this store.
Such caring and thoughtful managers and employees. They are dedicated to giving back to their community and helping others when in need. The true definition of going above and beyond. Customer service is terrible and store pickup is a joke they can never find the items or they try giving me someone else’s order
the WORST customer service. ordered appliances well over a month ago. i got my fridge. i got my oven which the oven came damaged. but no microwave. every time i call i’m told the microwave will be here the next week. call the next week and it’s not there. will NEVER shop here again. most definitely do NOT recommend.
We bought merchandise in about 8 different departments for my husband’s contracting business. Got lots of help and found everything except touchless bathroom faucets which they don’t carry in stock. Very pleased. Prices much better than our local lumber yard/home improvement.
***BUYER BEWARE*** I would NEVER recommend getting a fence installed through Lowe's. They contracted Craig Riddle Construction Services to put up our back fence. They were warned we have a septic line and then shown where it was and they said no big deal, they will probe prior. They proceeded to knowingly drill 3 large holes in our septic line damaging the pipe. There were even pieces of pipe re-buried in the ground to hide the evidence. Lowe's will NOT take responsibility for the damage their contracted company did. And of ... read more
Can’t make their delivery time even though you are able to take time off work to be home. Then give you attitude over the situation. And for the reschedule? How bout you just miss another FULL DAY of pay because they can’t even give you a time frame. Never again.
