Great home improvment store Lowes is a great store for all your home improvement needs. We shop here often for flowers, appliances, paint and other home items. THey often offer zero percent interest for a year. THey have wide selection of items and are usually very helpful. Sometimes the lines can get long but that is my only complaint.
Large inventory Lowes has a large inventory although their prices are a little higher than the competing stores in our area. Nevertheless, they have a large selection and employess are also helpful.
Nice wood Huge store with a ton of stuff. They have a really good selection of items to redo your home. I find the quality of their wood to be exceptional also. I always shop here for the trim work in my home.
Lowes is good Lowes has a good selection although I find their prices to be higher than Menards. We shop here every once in a while, usually when we can't find what we want at Menards. Nice place.
Don't go to this Lowes I have had nothing but bad experiences with this particular Lowes store. The staff are, at best, unfriendly when they do bother to help you. Their selection of merchandise is OK, but I can't stress enough the poor customer service skills that the employees of this store put forth. Some one in charge at this store needs to take a serious look at their customer satisfaction and address these issues.
RecommendedThere was a problem delivering a new washer, but the store manager was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. Mistakes happen - but it's how a store remedies the mistake that is important.
Ordered and paid for a washer for store pick-up. Two days later, drove an hour to pick it up only to be called and told it was”promised to another customer”. Was told it was now back ordered and would be awhile before they’d have more in stock. Don’t waste your time with this store.
Such caring and thoughtful managers and employees. They are dedicated to giving back to their community and helping others when in need. The true definition of going above and beyond. Customer service is terrible and store pickup is a joke they can never find the items or they try giving me someone else’s order
