Worst customer service ever for a carpet install. My family and I initiated a staircase carpet install 3 MONTHS AGO and after a sketchy run in with the company outsourced to do the install, 5 corporate phone calls with promises to fix the situation, and 4 in store phone calls, our carpet has partially been installed and NO ONE from this store or corporate will call us back! The job isn't finished! And we are being ignored! Don't waste your money and time on a company who refuses to give you what you've paid for.
My sister purchased a brand new GE dishwasher here 6 months ago and it has only worked 3 times! Now we have been through Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinners having to do dishes by hand! Don't buy appliances at this Lowe's!
Flooring install has been a nightmare! I have no words to even explain it. At least most of the staff I have encountered there are nice and usually helpful but go to REAL home improvement people for flooring. Wish I would have done that, it would have been worth the extra money. $1500 more but now it'd be worth every penny.
FYI if you order something online and get an email that states your order is ready to pick up, it's not actually going to be ready to pick up when you get there. I would suggest bringing a comfy chair, something to drink and a good sense of humor because their incompetence can actually be entertaining once you get past your frustration. Save yourself the hassel shop someplace else.
December 26th I ordered a new stove and a new dishwasher along with some bamboo flooring to replace the carpeting I had. The appliances were taken care of with only one delay due to the fact the stove they had in stock was damaged so they needed to get a new one in. One installer for both and done quick. Recently purchased a Maytag dishwasher from the Lowes in Bloomington and was dissatisfied with the level of service. The sales associate failed to tell us that if we installed it on our own we need additional parts to install it....parts that were not included but were necessary for installation. Went back this morning and was told that I needed to call the parts line to order the parts.
