We will no longer shop at this store. I was shopping with my husband and when we got to the register I showed the sales person my military ID. In the middle of ringing it up I left the store to go to Walmart. My husband then put the purchase on his Lowes card. The sales person told him that their policy is they cannot give a military discount unless it is the Veteran standing there physically and they are the ones paying. I rarely need home improvement supplies....but.....i witnessed one of your employee's helping a blind man across the busy streets to (i assume) the bus stop by Sonic/chick fil a.......kudos to your employees for caring even when they don't know anyone is watching. It doesn't go unnoticed.

I received the BEST help in the flooring department today!!! I didn't look at the lady's name tag but she helped me pick out grout, thin-set mortar, and 27 sheets of backard board. The gentleman with the coolest mustache ever was super nice for palleting and wrapping it for my 2 1/2 hour drive home!!! Thanks so much for the A+++ customer service!!'nn
