Christina helping with ordering a window was awesome, but there for awhile I didn't know their were any employee's in the store, other than at registers. We had to pull all our own lumber and the hardware for a remodel, and forget answers to any questions you might have. Think I will go to HD for anything else we might need.
Customer service is inexcusable... especially when a handicapped called in for prior help.
Wow Lowes....I'm highly disappointed. Not one single customer service rep could help me in the plumbing department. The only gal that offered help was trying to interrupt a floor CSR who was already helping another customer. I had to ask her twice to please not interrupt him because he was already helping another customer and I didn't want to be rude. You seriously need to cross train your help. I'm leaving without the product I went in for and going somewhere else that can efficiently and successfully help me. #Disappointed... read more
As tge owner of Mr Patch Drywall LLC I've been shopping here almost exclusively for over eight years and I prefer them to the other places in town. They have a better selection and many of the employees remember me. Plus they always honor the 10% military discount, whereas Home Depot is sketchy about it. And as a barefooter (due to a nerve condition in my feet) they have never requested I wear shoes once and even joke that somethings wrong if I do, unlike Home Depot. I will never shop there again. I order flooring March 4th and was told it would be in store by the 15th. Ha what a joke! We call on the 16th to see where our order is because we haven't heard anything and they tell us "it's at the warehouse it will be here by Monday the 20th or Tuesday the 21st." They just called us to inform us that or order should be here Saturday the 26th or Sunday the 27th! We had people lined up to help us install it on the 25th but now we may not have help because that was the only weekend they were av... read more
Wait time was about an hour to order a door. Then we got to wait in a line 6 deep to check out with one cashier. Asked to speak to a manager about why they are so under staffed, yep you guessed it had to wait for the manager! We lest totally frustrated and won't be back unless we can't find what we are looking for somewhere else. #pleasestaffyourstore #customerserviceplease
The people had good attitudes in the receiving dept.
Went in to get some wooden Levolor blinds cut to size out the door maybe 20 minutes. And didn't buy any power tools. LOL
