customer service is awful in the carpet department. you should take down signs if your aren't going to honor them.
Perfect and painless getting our freezer and they delivered 70 miles one way right into our kitchen , delivery men Matthew and Eric great people with awesome attitude, kept us updated and scheduled around when we were home ! Will be a repeat customer, many thanks
Delivery scheduling needs to be improved. I was told my appliances would be delivered today. It's after 3 pm and I haven't received them. Home Depot gives you a 4 hour window the day before delivery, and then they call half an hour before they arrive. Lowes - you need to have a more professional delivery service like Home Depot. I will never recommend anyone use your delivery service.
Very disappointed and unfortunately I can’t give a lower “star” rating for the Lowe’s in Glenwood Springs but I would give the Lowe’s in Grand Junction a 4 “star” rating for great customer service.
