Called ahead to be sure they had an item in stock. Was assured twice it was. Drove 25 miles to the store and.......you guessed it, none in stock.
Worst service of any Lowe's I've ever been in. Associates talking about customers in front of other customers. Lost orders, it's always something at this place!
My dog Boo loves to shop at Lowes in Troy Al.he said they have the best customer service too bad he cant post his happy face shopping
