tried order pickup, checked in on the app waited 10 minutes, called the store and checked in again waited 20 minutes more, after almost 40 minutes asked for tge manager the girl answering the phone wouldnt put me through to the manager. I had to ring a department and get them to put me through to the manager. I don't have to shop at Lowes.

FYI: if you plan on having something delivered to you from the Troy Lowe’s you might want to order a week in advance. Also know that if you have a problem there will be no one to listen to your complaints. The manager will not answer the phone until you call about 5 times and tell the person that answers the phone that it’s an emergency. If you know someone that works in management at Lowe’s please tag and/or share I don’t care but I can’t tag the fb page it will not let me

Crappiest service in town. I have better experiences at McDonalds and that’s saying a lot. Best of luck dealing with these idiots.

George, from Plumbing, was in the parking lot on his way to clock in for work. He saw that I was struggling to load my purchase and came and helped me (took several minutes). I hope he wasn't late for work, hope he didn't get into trouble, because he was very much helping customers and building a good reputation for Lowes. (June 18, around 12:30 pm)

2nd time dealing with their poor management. Confirmed delivery of my new refrigerator 2 days in a row only to show up without it. My old fridge is sitting in the yard and they come back and say my new fridge is not on the truck and can't locate it. After multiple calls to Lowes and no managers in that department at the store today we got hung up on 3 times while they transferred us around to someone who may be able to help. Come to find out they unboxed my refrigerator and set it on the floor as a floor model this morning. ... read more

my husband and I went to Lowes in Troy to buy a box of firewood, but there was none out on the floor. After searching everywhere we finally asked a couple of associates and the two gentlemen started searching with us and we found some on the top shelf in garden center. we told them it was okay we would come back by at a later date. but they insisted on getting the forklift and lowering the pallet for us to get a couple of bags. thanks Lowes staff for going the extra step, it's becoming rare that customer service.
