Dealing with this store is a special form of torture. I have spent thousands here remodeling my house and I never get a call when things I order arrive, no one seems to know how to use the referrers or take coupons, they say the have things in stock and no one can find it, emailed specs of my kitchen for a counter top quote and never got a response. When I call to speak with some it rings and rings and I end up getting looped back to customer service over and over... The list goes on. It's a shame we don't have a home depot ... read more

I had previously given a bad review to the Lowes in Glenwood Springs, CO but I deleted that to leave a new one! I had a hot water heater dump 50 gallons of water on my garage floor. After a call to the manufacturer, I called lowes and asked if I had to bring the whole huge hot water heater in. I spoke with Chris Y, an asst. manager and explained my situation. For the basic homeowner Lowe's might work. For the professional though, the word lacking says it all. I wish we would have got a Home Depot instead.
