So disappointed. I ordered a wall oven over a month ago and paid for installation. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/5. Didn't come. Then 10/10. I was told it arrived but found out yesterday it still hadn't been delivered. Never receive a call - I have to keep calling them. Now waiting for the installer to call to see when they can schedule the installation. Don't order anything here if you need it in a hurry.

Very disappointed and unfortunately I can’t give a lower “star” rating. I visited the Lowe’s in Glenwood Springs, CO approximately 2 weeks ago. While at the store I went to buy some of the “ready to install” Denver Cabinets. Knowing I was gonna need several sizes I asked the elderly lady in the cabinet section for someone to help me. To her reply was that I “need” to come back tomorrow b/c she was too busy. I explained to her that unfortunately I drove down from Meeker, CO ...Continue Reading

My poor 82-year-old dad bought 40 bags of mulch and hired someone to deliver it. Lowe's said there was no order yet had charged him for the mulch. They then said it had been picked up. My poor 82 year old dad has spent over 4 hours on the phone with the store and no one seems to be able to help him. Nobody seems to care.

I was told to get out of the way when I was in the gardening department because somebody was about to start watering. I was ignored in the Grill department. I had to ask the person who was trying to appear busy for help w the Grill I wanted to buy. The cashier was ok but one of the guys who helped me out with my cast iron grill was a complete jerk. I wish there were other options in GWS.

A HUGE THANKS TO WHOMEVER FOUND AND TURNED IN MY WALLET LAST NIGHT. I was dumb and left it in my cart. Someone found it and it was returned to me with all my cards I'd and cash still there.

Spend over 2 hours picking out trim as well as other lumber, leave the cart for 10 minutes to go get other stuff, come back to find all of my trim put back away and most of my lumber. No one cared no one said sorry all I got was that's a bummer. You can't find anyone willing to help you, but leave your crap for 10 minutes and someone will put it all away. Inconsiderate employees and employees who don't care. Guess that's the new normal, especially at Lowe's
