The employees in pro services gave us exceptional service. We were very pleased

I normally go to this Lowe's on Epps Bridge and am usually happy, but not tonight. I loaded up 2 large carts with trees, plants and 40# bags of weed n' feed ($200 worth), got checked out, and found myself walking backwards trying to pull 2 carts across a dark parking lot by MYSELF. There were many employees around at the time and actually a few were in the parking lot gathering carts up and WATCHING me. No one offered to help at all.
