Worse place to do business, sold me a mower that my wife used less than 10 times and it won’t start anymore. Went to the store only to be told nothing can be done and I’m out of luck! Taking my business across the street!
My Wife sent me this message after leaving your store: I shopped at Lowe's today, because HD didin't have what I needed. And I won't be shopping there again. Not a single Lowe's employee helped me with those fence planks. I had to climb up to get them, they were not even afraid if I fall and injure myself. So, Manager Mr. Matt up here says you have to have a receipt on Kobalt & Craftsman “Lifetime” hand tools. I doubt anyone can keep up with 500 tool receipts for a lifetime! Lol He was an azz about it too. So much for “lifetime” warranty...
