Found everything that I was looking for.
Don't use Lowe's for anything that needs to be installed and requires water. They installed a dishwasher for us and it leaked. We have now been without a kitchen for a month from water damage. We don't see any end in sight.
My daughters visa info was stolen by Lowe's cashiers and they don't care at all. I contacted head quarters and they didn't care.. Glad lowes hires thieves !! Watch you credit card information here!!
Terrible customer services. I bought an axe last weekend. Swung the axe 5-10 handle broke. They basically said to bad we don’t warranty our products. Stick to Home Depot there across the street
We have been building a deck for several months now and have bought all of our supples at Lowes. Not one time has anyone offered to help us load the lumber in our truck. We have had people walk right by us and avoid eye contact as if they might have to lift a finger. Where did customer service go? Isn't this what you are being paid to do? Sure we could go across the street to Home Depot and on one trip we did and they weren't any better. Very sad!
Love Lowe's even tho customer service is awful. In fairness all stores are like that now. But I still love my Lowe's!!!!!
