Wish our experience had been as "fairytale like" as everyone else's. You made what was supposed to be the most EXCITING day for my daughter a total fiasco and literally had her in tears and feeling very down on herself on her body type when leaving. I made an appointment over 3 months ago to come dress shopping at Low's on the first Saturday of their big sale. I made an appointment for 11 a.m. on July 9t. I drove from Arkadelphia, AR to Brinkley, AR. I got there at 10:50, filled out my information card, and waited patiently for my appointment to begin. Low's Bridal was the best place I could have gone to get my wedding dress! They really made me feel special! The staff is super helpful and the selection is great! I would highly recommend going here to find your wedding dress!

I cannot believe the service that was given to my fiancee from this establishment. For a place that has such a high regard, to miss every single point of normal customer service to the point of her wanting to leave due to lack of service is a shame. Never getting a recommendation from us for anyone we know.

Went with my cousin and she was miserable. Teena Browning, the consultant, was clueless. Kept pulling dresses my cousin hated, wouldn't take a hint, and acted like everything was a chore. There were a lot of dresses but most of them were crappy and hideous. One was stained badly and when asked we were told it wouldn't be cleaned. My cousin was close to tears, and not in a good way. I bought my dress from Low's yesterday during their half price sale. They had a GREAT selection of sale dresses. My consultant Megan Duboise was WONDERFUL! She was very friendly and patient. She asked lots of questions to help me pick out a dress that was perfect for me. I would highly recommend Low's Bridal and Megan to anyone searching for their dream dress.

Tameka was wonderful!! We went during the big sale and even though there was so much going on she made sure I was the focus and helped me find my dress. We had a wonderful time!!

My wedding was almost 2 years ago, and I had the best experience at Low's! I was lucky enough to go when they were having a sale & dresses were marked down like half price. I tried on a bunch & found the perfect lace dress. I wish I remembered the lady that helped me that days name, she was so sweet & patient. She also recommended a person to take the dress in since it was too big who did a phenomenal job. I always recommend Low's to everyone i know getting married!
