My sister had an amazing appointment due to our consultant Megan Duboise! My sister was about to try on a dress that was reserved with Megan's name card when it disappeared and the name card was found on the floor. Megan searched the whole store and found it! It ended up being the dress that my sister said yes to, so if it weren't for Megan she may not have found her dream dress!
Awesome time. Paula took great care of us. Myself mom of the Bride and Megan Caldwell and Haley gass. All three got our dresses there. The tradition continues. Thanks you guys

Emily Bennett is hands down the best consultant I have ever met! I had my appointment in August, and she was extremely patient, kind, and sweet. She completely went above and beyond what I had ever imagined. She also gave me way more time than what I should have been allotted, so I never felt rushed or pressured. I went to Low's after visiting a couple of other bridal shops in Arkansas. There was no comparison! I visited during their semi-annual sale, which is one of their busiest times, and was still treated like I was the only bride there! My consultant, Mrs. Kim was so sweet and made me feel incredibly comfortable! In the end, she had me in my dream dress, that she actually pulled for me. Lows! Lows! Lows! Bridal Shop is the ideal wedding dress shop to pick out your dream dress. The consultants are very helpful and they're always smiling. I had a chance to have Ms. Juliette for my consultant and she was magnificent. She let me pick out dresses to try on along with her expertise. Going through the experience of wedding planning has been so stressful but the worst decision I've made is going to Low's Bridal and Formal Shoppe and getting my dress!! The experience was horrible and they treated me like another number in a long assembly-line!! I bought a sale gown that is worth 5300 dollars and because it was on sale they refused to work with me after I had a change of heart and wanted to pick another dress.
