Lows bridal shop is beautiful! When you walk in the lobby is stunning. They are very organized and Timely. I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed. My appointment started right on time and my Consultant Tameka Casey was super awesome. She assured me that everything was going to be fine that I would find a dress she helped every step of the way keeping us moving right along to keep our time. I'm only giving one star, wish I had a zero option. This place was horrible. We arrived for my daughter's one o'clock appointment and the place was extremely crowded. We were paired up with Kayla Free ....she was extremely rude, insulted my daughter's "large hips". Acted as if she hated her job. Pranced my daughter out in front of someone else's awaiting family, while we were told that there was nowhere for us to wait until space became available. Got the perfect wedding dress there today! Tameka was patient and nice, she did a wonderful job in helping me pick out the perfect dress and everyone in our group loved her! Everyone at the store was extremely friendly and I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for their dress. The 3 hour drive was completely worth it and I can't wait to wear my dress next June!
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Low's today. There are dresses everywhere!!! Juliette is a gem. She was my assistant and made everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was very patient with me :) I found the dress of my dreams!!! Thank you so much!!!

The most pleasant experience in formal dress shopping I have ever had. They start every morning with prayer, which really blessed me.
My experience of wedding dress shopping was probably one of the best days I have ever had! The dream of finding the most perfect dress came true on Saturday. My consultant, Mrs. Juilette was SO amazing! She stuck with me throughout the entire morning, picked out gorgeous dresses, and never rushed me one time. I just had the best experience at Low's! Mrs. Teena was the best! She was very helpful throughout the whole process! Going in I didn't have to much of an idea other than a pretty dress and I walked out with a beautiful dress.
