Don't be deceived by the shell. Within you will find any top designer & any custom design so your wish can be granted. Expect busy as this internationally recognized store has been around for years & don't be surprised if you may still wait, however, you won't receive better customer service anywhere.
The experience overall was a bit overwhelming. The day of my appointment, we arrived 15 minutes early. However, my appointment started 40mins later after the initial scheduled time. The store was extremely busy and they seemed under staffed. It is not the 'boutique' experience that I was hoping for. Today was such a wonderful and emotional day for me. Alyssa Cardwell Erica Seefried and me of course left early this morning for Alyssa's appointment to try on wedding dresses. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated to one of the best experiences that any bride to be could ask for. We lucked out and were placed with Paula to guide us through everything and that is exactly what she did. My daughter and I ordered a wedding dress in July 2015 for her wedding in June 2016. She is in medical school so we needed to take care of it early. We ordered a new Allure dress. It came in November with a large piece of lace missing in the very front. Lows returned it and sent another. This dress had boning issues that stuck out in the front and extra fabric sewn incorrectly in back area by zipper. Sent back again. The last dress came 7 weeks before wedding and had so may problems. My wedding is 3 weeks away and my bridesmaids have Bill Levkoff dresses with incorrect pleating. One bridesmaid was shipped the wrong size after returning it to fix the pleating. Now Low's wants us to wait for the correct size to come and refuse to pay to have the pleating fixed locally. So I will probably have bridesmaids either without the correct dress or dresses that don't look right. Wonderful sales people and support staff. They really listen and help you find what is perfect for you!!!
Mrs Tracie Ligon did an amazing job on helping me find the most perfect wedding dress!! Lows is the best place ever!! They spend time with you and make sure that you are completely satisfied!! They truly made me feel like a bride!! Love them , and the girls there are so helpful!!
Today was the first time trying on dresses and my consultant Dominika went out of her way to please me and works hard at her job! We bought a dress and was very pleased!
