I had the best experience with Low's Bridal today! The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed. Juliette was my consultant and she was amazing--so patient, honest, and kind! Everyone we encountered was lovely and I am so happy to have made purchases here today!

I said yes to the dress yesterday at Lows and I could not be happier with my experience. so many people have mixed reviews and try to tell you that you are just another number to them, especially during the sale. I have to STRONGLY disagree. I was 1 of 3 brides in the store yesterday afternoon. I went to Low's bridal yesterday and had an AMAZING experience. I arrived super early and was expecting to wait awhile for my appointment time, but my consultant, Juliette, got me started early. I told her briefly what I was looking for and we went right to it. I honestly can't remember if she, my MOH, my mom, or I pulled THE dress off the rack, but we all found beautiful dresses! My best friend and I went in for an appointment recently to look for a dress for her after having a rather rough first experience elsewhere. I have to say that it was completely different this time around! The staff was professional, but helpful and not at all pushy. Their selection of dresses is unmatched and the location couldn’t be more gorgeous.
