I am so unimpressed with this store. I’ve had two bad experiences here with different weddings, but the most recent one was the worst. They may be okay for brides, but I would NEVER go here for bridesmaids. You go to the store to have them measure you and they tell you what size to order, THEN when the dress comes in and it’s four sizes too big, they tell you they can’t help you and you would have needed alterations anyway.. �

I had the BEST experience at Lows! I’ve been to David’s Bridal twice and both times the consultants were frustrated, because I was having a difficult time finding a dress I liked. They became inpatient and were very rude. Today, I had the total opposite experience ! Ms. Tara made me feel like I was the most important, most beautiful bride (to be) there. Our experience was fabulous!! The wonderful lady who helped us listened to what my daughter wanted and so she was able to get the dress she loved! The owner is a Doll and gave us a history of her business which was so charming.💕. I recommend Lo’s highly!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is strictly for my PLUS SIZED BRIDES. I was recommended through a friend. Being a plus size bride, my expectations weren’t high. The really beautiful pieces are primarily reserved for the “Skinny Women .” BUT this place is quite the opposite. The selection was mind blowing to say the least. My Consultant, Ms. Jessica Skelton, was phenomenal! Ms. Skelton understood me from the door. She found me an Absolutely Stunning Couture gown that compliments my figure. As the father of the bride, I was expecting weeks of driving to dozens of shops spending as much of not more on travel and time, just like we did for proms and formals in years past. Not so. My experience at Low’s was phenomenal. I went during their sale in February. Regan assisted us, and she was super helpful. I showed her several dress styles. We went upstairs. It took less than an hour to find my dress, and she made it a really fun experience. I have already told all of my friends about Low’s. I saved so much money, got a dress I adore, and had a ball.
