Very nice and helpful the day I picked the perfect dress. They sized me and told me that my dress will be ready in 4 months for pick. Expected to be fitted! That's why I stayed extra 30 minutes to be sized and was told when I pick up my dress I will just need to add the lace at the bottom of the dress! Well what they DIDN'T tell me was that they order a size close to your measurements and you have to take it to someone to alter it and pay EXTRA $300.00. They didn't even try to make things right. Low’s was literally a dream experience. My stylist, Kim, was so nice and helpful. She really listened to my weird explanations of what I liked and disliked and found me the perfect wedding dress! Oh, and I can’t forget about the other stylists walking through that would compliment dresses I had on. I felt so good after being there. Rock on Low’s Bridal! Y’all are the best! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Domi was AMAZING!! She is very upbeat and was so so so supportive and easy to work with! Would strongly recommend anyone to see her!! She’s awesome!! I loved my experience at Lows and would recommend them to anyone!! I am a bigger girl and their selection of plus size dresses helps you to not get discouraged with dresses that don’t fit that you have to “imagine in your size”. Lows is the best.

I purchased my dress from Low's Bridal during the winter sale and my experience was phenomenal. Everything was absolutely perfect, from my consulting to the selection of dresses. I found my dream dress and shoes to go along with it and I got them at a great price. The 3 hour drive was definitely worth it. I highly recommend Low's Bridal!
