I went in clueless about what I wanted. I was also afraid I wouldn’t find one in my size since i am plus sized. The staff at the front counter was so nice and helped me get checked in. Shortly after browsing the lobby, Nanci introduced herself and began my appointment. She was phenomenal! She took extra time, that she did not have to, and I found the perfect dress! Low's really gives you the whole bridal experience that every girl hopes for when searching for a wedding dress. My consultant, Skylar, was extremely helpful!!! She really helped to turn my wedding dress dreams into a reality. I went during the bridal sale and I was able to find a dress for half off! I would 100% recommend Low's to any bride looking for their own "Say Yes to the Dress" experience!
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because my Bride found the PERFECT dress for her special day. With no help from her consultant. When we first arrived we received a warm welcome and the bride was asked to fill out a form. Afterwards we were told that we could walk around the bottom floor until our consultant was ready for us. RecommendedWhen working as a wedding coordinator, all the brides dresses I fell in love with came from Low's. Was absolutely NOT disappointed with service and selection when it was my turn! My consultant personally picked out one dress (the rest I did) and it was not only within budget, but it was "the one"!! She found the perfect one and I could not be more excited!

We arrived just before my appointment started and they were ready for us! The staff is all up beat as well as extremely excited for me. I found my dress rather quickly however they didn’t mind helping me make sure it was THE one. Harley was amazing!! I wouldn’t have wanted to go any where else. Every moment of my appointed was used and never wasted- they truly make you feel special.
