As a bystander during my first and last trip to Brinkley, I silently witnessed my niece’s shoulders drop on a day that she’s looked forward to for months because of your inferior customer service. I don’t have to elaborate on details—you know the scenario. While working on your customer service skills, I would also recommend practicing some tact when it comes to contacting your customer after the trip. Not impressed. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PAPERWORK!! Came in May to find my daughter in law a dress. Found the perfect dress yes. Measured and order. Was to be here in September. Called 3 times finally got a call back in October that the dress was in. Dress was ordered a size too small. Now they are remeasuring and saying they will reorder in the original size they were suppose to order in the beginning but telling us it will be to big. Seems they want to do nothing but argue about THIER mistake.... to be continued...
I absolutely LOVED my dress from Low's! I couldn't have picked a more perfect dress for me on my wedding day. Low's has such a broad selection. It was so nice to try on different styles when I went. Thank you all for making the dress shopping process special for me, especially without my mom there! ❤️
Tara at Low’s Bridal was the absolute best to work with and she was so so patient with me, she deserves an award! She wouldn’t stop helping me until we found the perfect dress, I mean I probably tried on 50...thankfully she wasn’t busy and let me stay over past my appointment quite a bit and I ended up leaving KNOWING I made the right decision on my dress because she gave me plenty of time to pick the right one!
