I called several times about different questions that I had during the process and the staff was always friendly and eager to help find an answer for my questions that I had. My daughter and I went to Low's Bridal looking for the perfect wedding dress for her. This was a new experience for the both of us and we didnt know what to expect going into it. We got paired with Juliette to help us find the dress. She was so awesome. She has been in the business for over 20 years and she definitely enjoys her job. I had an average experience picking out my wedding dress. My consultant wasn’t very helpful. She kept trying to put me in long sleeve dresses... regardless of the fact that I said I didn’t want sleeves because of my outdoor wedding. With a lot of digging myself, I was able to find my dream dress. I took my bridesmaids there because I was told they would receive $50 off; when I arrived, they would only give them $20 off. my experience at Low’s was irreplaceable. The atmosphere was SO FUN and enjoyable. Not only was the location an experience, my consultant Micaela was INCREDIBLY sweet, & very knowledgeable. I didn’t have a single doubt that I wouldn’t find a dress with her! She made me feel right at home and comfortable to obviously dress & undress.... seriously left with the FIRST dress SHE picked out for me!!!!! Rather rude. We have a large family. We got our dress crew down to 7. We respected the 4 rule in the sale room. Tried on 20 dresses that we pulled which is crazy because you can’t tell by the bag on some. It was crowded. Went down stairs to full price gowns and lots of room. Store manager does a hovering, tacky to say the least, when we all took pictures of her in a gown and over 4. I get the 4 rule- no more than 4 go back with the bride to be. I just had the most amazing experience at Low’s Bridal!! Emily Bennett helped me find the most perfect dress—she even found my top two favorites herself! Either way I couldn’t go wrong, and everything is just gorgeous. We traveled several hours to my appointment and having such a bad experience my first time at a different store, I had no idea I’d come home with the perfect gown!
