I had the best experience at Low’s! I am plus size and they had a TON of dresses to choose from! Mrs.Joy is who helped me and she was WONDERFUL!! She never once made me feel unwelcome! She was also determined to help me find my perfect dress and didn’t worry about the time! If you want to find the perfect dress then go to Low’s you won’t be disappointed!!!
My daughter was told she could not have a dressing room because she was not plus sized ... she had to change in the room where everyone was shopping and pulling dresses. I asked the attendant about her having a room (there were several empty rooms) and I was told very quickly that was not allowed because of her size ??? The attendants were less than enthusiastic ... some looked like they would like to be anywhere else than there. .... The staff was extremely rude. We were so disappointed they decided to have a meeting in front of my daughters dressing room talking ugly about us. We left feelings very hurt and I have since talked to several friends who have had the same experience! Buyer beware

I loved it! Our helper, Jalen,was incredible, funny, and nice! I was nervous and almost panicked when I came in because of their huge selection. I thought I wouldn’t be able to find “the one”. Jalen was so nice she just chilled me out immediately and she was incredibly supportive as I tried on dress after dress, just to pick the 2nd one! I would definitely recommend Lowe’s (especially Jalen) to anyone who’s going dress shopping for the first time, or if you’re nervous like me, you’ll definitely come out a winner!
