I was just there today, I had Shelby and she was the best!!! She was so sweet and so patient with us! I had one particular dress in mind and she went above and beyond to go find it and it ended up being my perfect dress!
The experience was amazing! I’m so glad I made the drive with some of the people that mean the most to me. Shelby was the best! She made me feel comfortable and pick THE dress out for me! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our experience at Low’s! Michaela and her assistant helped us and they were so, so sweet. They caught on to what I liked and what looked good on me so quickly and were so warm and helpful! I 1000% recommend Low’s any day! 💕
It’s a beautiful place and most of the assistants are amazing, took my daughter who was so excited smiling when we first walked in to frown and complete frustration. The person that was assisting my daughter was not helpful and did not seem like she wanted to be there. My daughter had high hopes and to see them shattered makes my unhappy. She won’t be going back and she did her perfect dress from David’s Bridal.
I went yesterday and found my dress. I had the best experience. I was so stressed because my wedding is in 5 months and I HATE shopping and trying on clothes. But Blaze and Bailey made me feel like I was the only person there and completely catered to me. I actually thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I went here 2 times with 2 different daughter-in-laws. Although the selection is outstanding I felt like the staff was distant; not the personal experience I was expecting. With my first DIL they were told a budget. They brought her a dress that was over budget and let her try it on. Of course she loved it and bought it. Same thing happened with my 2nd DIL.
