So happy about my experience at Low’s Bridal! I had to re-schedule my appointment twice due to COVID19, and the staff there was awesome at getting me in (literally) as soon as they re-opened. Ms. Shelby assisted me at my appointment and helped me find THE dress, a veil, and accessories; she was so kind and patient. I drove 8 hours roundtrip for this appointment from Starkville, MS, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! 💕

The receptionist was super nice thats the only positive thing I can say. I came with my Mother, future MIL, & future Sisters-in-law. We had to pull our own dresses, I wasn’t even helped into these dresses at all (mind you these were not small ones), I told my consultant what I was looking for multiple times & she just blew it off like it was nothing. These are just a few of the things that happened. I was excited to come here as I have only heard good things about this place.
I came today with my best friend (Brandie) and we found the dress of her dreams! Bailey was so sweet and really helped Brandie find the perfect dress. We loved our experience!
