The level of customer service will easily surpass any you will find in Arkansas. Shopping at Low's for my wedding gown was one of the best experiences I've had due to Shelby and the welcoming staff at Low's. My consultant was Skylar! She was super awesome. She had her work cut out for her. I tried on about 20 different dresses that day. Ultimately, the 2nd dress I tried on was the one, but I had to be absolutely sure. Thank you Skylar for helping me with my dream dress!! I truly appreciated you time and patiences with me, especially with me trying "the one" dress on 3-4 times! Making sure it was perfect!

100 times better than David’s experience! If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t have bothered with David’s Bridal. I even came out cheaper than I would have at David’s! Ashley was the best! We found THE DRESS early on in the appointment, but she still tried hard to find others.
