I am a photographer from Arkansas and one of the many things every photographer gets excited about on their clients wedding day is the dress. I love the dresses I see coming from this shop and hear nothing but great things about their customer service from their brides.
I had Kim as my consultant and she was phenomenal! I said yes to my dress here!
While the store was stunning, I had a terrible experience. My consultant was cold and clueless. She was not helpful whatsoever. I am having a destination wedding this summer and when I met my consultant, she could not understand this point. She first showed me the dresses on the mannequins and when I picked out a couple of dresses I liked, she then finally read my information card and I was told “your timeline is too short to order any of these dresses. I debated making this review. I did say yes to dress but when it came time to check out everything changed to not so pleasant. I filled out the form and put my budget on there. My consultant asked me about it and I told her I was set on that budget. She told me that I for sure could find something within my price range and get it in before my wedding date. Last weekend we bought my friends daughters Victoria Saveh’s gown from there , our consultant nena michaels did not help us at all and acted as if we were bothering them . We spent a lot of money and my friends daughter deserved some special treatment for her special day . This absolutely did not happen .we were put in a little room despite having an appointment , no assistance was offered not even a slip , crinoline or advice . My experience at Low’s was everything I ever could have wanted! I drove 2.5 hours but it was worth an 8 hour drive - absolutely amazing! My consultant Tara found the dress I ended up buying, she was so helpful, accommodating, and just all around wonderful. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to every bride!
