I had my appointment today and it went perfect! I walked into the lobby and I was immediately greeted, and started the process of my wedding dress experience. As I waited they offered coffee, water and cookies, and I was able to walk around and look at the dress they had on display. Not even 10 minutes later I met my consultant, Dominque. My experience was everything I had imagined it would when shopping for the most important dress of my life. Regan was patient with me as I was trying to make my decision. She just made sure I was taken care of. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Just super sweet and really helped make it the best experience ever! I loved the store and all of the workers were so kind. I would recommend you at least check them out!
The store is beautiful and they definitely have a huge selection of dresses to choose from; however, I felt like my family and I were in the way because everyone had to walk around us and we had to get out of everyone else's way. Not the special moment I had in mind when going to choose a wedding dress for my daughter. The staff was friendly and not pushy, but, at the same time, there should have been more involved with the experience. I just st expected more when arriving at such a lavish store.
Best experience! Loved the sale amazing price for a gorgeous gown and amazing consultant!!!!!!!
