Low’s is the place to go for wedding gowns. I have now bought two in less than 6 months for both girls. Rebecca helped us both times and did a fabulous job finding the perfect dress for each of them. Attentive, professional and knowledgeable. That place in NYC has nothing on Low’s!�� We are most fortunate to have a bridal store of this caliber in Arkansas.

I had a great experience at Low’s! I drove almost 2 hours and am so glad I did. Before I had gone to a local dress store in my town and hated it but later made an appointment at Low’s and I couldn’t have made a better decision. My consultant was Paula and she was OUTSTANDING! I don’t recommend getting bridesmaids dresses here!!! They measured one of my bridesmaids and it came in about 4 sizes bigger. We measured other bridesmaids based on that and a chart they gave us. When they came in they were all 2-3 sizes bigger and blamed us for the wrong measurements when we went by their charts & recommendations. Just hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!
I normally don’t leave terrible reviews, I try to get it resolved because everyone deserves benefit of the doubt. But sadly all we can do is never give this place business again and leave this as a warning. My best friend’s wedding is in June. She ordered our bridesmaid’s dresses from Lowe’s, two of the girls were there to be measured. The chart of measurements seemed very off, but the girls ordered the size the were sized for by Lowe’s employees.
