We were recently there looking for my daugter's (Nicole) wedding dress. We were overwhelmed with your inventory; so many to chose from. We were lucky enough to work with Dominique! She was wonderful! I don’t normally leave reviews but I want everyone to know how awesome this place is! First of all, it is so beautiful and unique! Secondly, my consultant was seriously the most incredible person! She had such an awesome personality and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in my own skin. She wouldn’t stop until I had found the gown of my dreams and she didn’t! many beautiful dresses but sales consultant was RUDE! My soon to be daughter is very self conscious and does not like to shop and Nancy made sure to make her feel like ladies with curves are not worth her time! Thanks to David's Bridal for turning her day around and YES she found a gorgeous dress to walk down the aisle and say I DO and a wonderful staff for making her feel like she was beautiful and important! Would not recommend your store to anyone! 😠
I drove to Low's yesterday with my Mamaw, sister, and 2 best friends from Tupelo, MS! MaKayla was our consultant! She was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process! She knew what I was looking for and made sure I found it! The whole experience was wonderful! After not finding anything in my hometown I was worried, but I found my dream dress at Low's! Thank you MaKayla and Low's for making my dreams come true!
We went back to Low's with our dress thinking we received the wrong color. Everyone was very helpful and patient, and it turns out it just looked different in the lighting of our home. The customer service we received was amazing. Special thanks to Harley and Dorcas.
A friend at work had told me about Low's after discussing my daughters need for the perfect wedding dress. We converged on Low's from 4 different states. My daughter lives in Louisiana, I am in Alabama, her maid of honor in Tennessee and her matron of honor in Texas. We had such a great experience and found the perfect dress after only 7 try's. Staff was so helpful, friendly an patient. The wide selection and variety made finding "the dress" so easy.
Low's is the only place any bride should go to find their perfect dress! They are very organized and very helpful. My consultant Juliette was an angel and helped me pick out the perfect dress. She was very patient and not pushy at all. The whole process went smoothly and I left with nothing but good things to say about this place! Definitely worth the drive!
