I'm so impressed with this place. I scheduled my appointment about 2 months ago. Wanted to make sure I got a spot since they are having their summer sale. I had no idea what to expect but I've heard great things. My appointment was at 1 and we drove from about 2 hours away. We got there much earlier than expected and they were able to take me at 11! Drove an hour and a half with my daughter to find a dress. The staff was professional and friendly. It was a wonderful experience AND she found the perfect dress for a very reasonable price.
We drove 8 hours from Texas to Low's to find my daughter's dream wedding gown, after being advised to do so by another happy customer. Just 5 gowns and an hour and a half later, she found the perfect one and it was 50% off! Our sales clerk, Hannah, was not only knowledgable, but she also had a knack for knowing just what we were looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better dress! The people here are so amazing and accommodating. I am the indecisive try on the same dress 20 times and then try on other. We ran up and down stairs but never once did I feel rushed or that I was putting Ms. Regan out. She was so supportive and kind to my party that came with me!
