I went to the July sale with my mom yesterday. I had a great time picking out and trying on dresses. Kayla, my consultant, was awesome! She listened to my ideas and helped find the perfect dress. It ended up being the first one I tried on! I can't wait to wear it this November!
We were shopping for my sisters wedding dress and everyone was so nice and accommodating! Paula was our consultant and she was wonderful! They had a great selection and my sister found the perfect gown!!
I just purchased my gown during the sale and couldn't be happier. I went there for one specific dress, and my consultant made sure we found it and put it in the room. We tried on a few other gowns, but came right back to that first one. I walked away with a great deal and beautiful dress. Thanks so much!!
I went with my daughter to shop for her wedding dress at Low's July sale. My daughter's consultant, Kayla was very attentive to the style my daughter was hopeful to find. Even though my daughter tried on several dresses, she knew when she tried it on that it was "The One", she said Yes to the very 1st dress Kayla showed her. Thank You Low's, your store is beautiful, the selections are outstanding. Thank you Kayla for making a wonderful experience.
I wish there were more stars!!!!!!! Dorcas Prince and her staff wrote the book on customer service!!!! I visited the store in February and had an amazing experience!!! Found a great dress but it didn't have the sleeves that I wanted so they contacted the designed and they agreed to add the sleeves. It came in this past Saturday and well...it was not exactly right. Visiting Low's Bridal was the best decision I could have made!! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with warm smiles and everyone makes you feel so special. The staff at Low's truly works to make finding your perfect wedding dress an unforgettable experience. I didn't have to lift a finger.
