I had an absolutely terrible experience with this salon. They turned out to be nothing more than a scam. Not only did they pressure me into sending money via Zelle, but the staff was unbelievably rude throughout the entire process. To make matters worse, they canceled my appointment less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. When I discussed the situation with one of my girlfriends, she revealed that she, too, had a terrible experience at this salon. The best place to get your lashes done at a good price. The place is nice and clean. Always very professional and friendly staff, relaxing music, blankets available. I love going to Lova Lux.

I brought my mom here for a facial, and she had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The esthetician was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand her skin needs. It was such a treat for her, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to pamper themselves or their loved ones!
