I dealt with Lou before there was Lou's. His care for the customer is unsurpassed. We were sorry when we left Mystic, but most sorry to have the lost the best computer maven around. Wish we could clone him here in NYC.
I have dealt with Lou's Computers for years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. I am of that age (pushing seventy) where I can be computer challenged. He's always pulled me through, lol. I wouldn't go anywhere else for product or service.
Brought my wife's laptop here at a recommendation of a customer of Lou's. The motherboard was cooked and Lou had it back in 3 days. I brought in my Alienware X51 because it wouldn't boot up and it was back up, running and updated in 3 days. Less than $150 for each job too. Very reasonable I thought. Thanks Lou. Great work and you have a customer who'll pass the good word around!
