RecommendedI came to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center not able to lift my arm and shoulder after three months of teaching in a Distance Learning setting with limited physical movement and a lot of time sitting at a computer. Within weeks, I was feeling relief and had less pain in my shoulder and neck, and more range of motion. I am back to almost normal range of motion and have learned the importance of movement and focused stretching. Thank you, Loudoun Sports Therapy Center!
