RecommendedI came to LSTC to work through a back injury from mountain biking with the goal of returning to biking as soon as possible and to learn how to prevent stupid injuries in the future. The staff at LSTC delivered on these goals and I am now back to biking and have good confidence in my ability to listen to my body and take steps to keep myself injury free. The staff is very professional and fun to be around.
