I had never seen a PT before and was super nervous about what to expect, but LSTC made me feel so comfortable from day 1. Not only did they alleviate my unbearable knee pain from my IT band syndrome, but educated me along the way about why it happened, and how to prevent reinjury. The staff was so patient and kind throughout my entire journey and helped me identify my weaknesses, including muscular imbalances, glute and core weakness, and knee tracking.
