I came into this therapy hurting for months. As cycling is my primary exercise it was important to get some relief from the pain AND instruction on how to avoid the same problems I was having. LSTC staff were great. They're excited positive people and very soon after starting therapy my pain was gone. I continued with them and now feel very strong. I'm back on the bike feeling better than I have in years.
Everyone was very hands on and informative, I loved working with them all! They taught me to better my form so that I'm not only healed for now, but know how to maintain it on my own outside of PT. And now I'm teaching spin and playing tennis tennis again! I 100% reccommend LSTC!
So very pleased with all of the trainers and therapists. Their knowledge is outstanding and allowed me to heal quickly.
