So me and my husband have been going to this dentist for several years now and we’ve never had a complaint… till now….well he goes in today 2/27/25 for a filling and the doctor gives him 2 shots…Well as he started my husband tells him hey I can feel you grinding on my tooth. He proceeded to get mad throw all his dental equipment down on the table and he yells “well I can’t work on you then, you will have to find someone else to go to. I gave you 2 shots, there’s no way that you can feel that.” My husband tells him yes I can ... read more
I wish I would have read all the reviews before I made my first appointment with this dentist office could have saved myself quite a bit of money some aggravation and a lot of pain and trips to the emergency room for my tooth. The awful woman who answers the phone is the reason I am having to find another dentist. She yelled at me then proceeded to tell me I either have to come in today (I was on my way to work when she called) or Friday (I work a double shift) or not at all!! I was working in Loudon and thought this would be convenient for me, the staff was pleasant, however, my last visit I had a hygienist (red hair and part-time I believe) as she was cleaning my teeth, talking about how she keeps her teeth as perfect as she can. She looks at my purse in the chair (it was a Christmas gift MK) and she proceeds to comment, “some ppl spend $ on purses, I spend mine on my teeth”. Little did she know the struggle I had with raising 3 kids alone and now grandchildren. I never went back to them.

It's hard to know where to begin but 1st I want to validate the review made 5 months ago that also gave this establishment 1 star, I have had similar experiences on multiple occasions in the past few to several years. But this dental practices issues extend FAR BEYOND poor administrative skills, the lack of of oversight is mind blowing.
