The service and people were great at Loudon Dental Arts, but the office closed since my last appointment and I have no idea why???? Please respond if you know????

My husband and I have been going here for years. We thought the staff was very nice. And Walter's was a good dentist 😬. But after they closed suddenly. They sent us a letter saying they were closing with a number to contact them for our records . But we've been calling since last year. We always get the same recording that says mailbox is full. So you tell us how to get our records 🤔 someone needs to do their job. I've been calling for our records and still get a recording saying that the box is full. We liked this dental ... read more

I'm younger but needed full dentures upper and lower and they look like temporary dentures which my insurance company said I would have no copay on and they wanted $980 copay on the dentures well the first visit the nurse spent about 30 seconds with me and asked me if my dentures thick correctly and being so new to dentures I said no they are falling out of my mouth so she took some denture paste and my bottom dentures were falling out and their professionalism went out the door as soon as I got my dentures and I did not go ... read more
