Loudon County Fence installed our dog fence approximately 6 years ago. At that time, another individual was working there and he did a fantastic job! He responded to our phone calls/emails within a two hr time frame. We are looking to expand our fence and have one gate repaired. We have made multiple phone calls and were told they would be out to look at the gate and give us an estimate. Boone never showed or returned any of my additional phone calls. Gaps were left in my fence they said they would fix them back in November I am still waiting. Had the fence put up to keep my dog in the yard he keeps getting out I feel like my money was waisted. I have left several messages and have got no response from them. Not happy at all.

Very disappointed in Loudon County Fence. I would recommend finding another company if you have a sprinkler system. They installed a $6,000 fence in Jan. I just tried to start up sprinkler system and no pressure. Multiple leaks all right on the fence line. I called and spoke to a rep named Boone. He made no attempt to help other than to explain that they were not responsible for "underground obstructions" and that I was out of luck. He stated that they couldn't track sprinkler lines.
