Booked an appointment with them 2 weeks ago and when i went for my appointment the place was closed. I waited around, tried calling- no response. Finally got ahold of them via email and they told me sorry for inconvenience, we can reschedule your appointment. What?!! Stuff happens, life happens, I do not care about last minute cancellations. I don’t like the fact that nobody bothered to get in contact with me. I received no phone call, voicemail or email regarding the cancellation!!! How am I supposed to know. On top of that... read more

One of my worst nail experience yet. they had a young man who was just learning the craft start off on my nails, they eventually switched to someone more experienced however the nails still came out shabby for $70 bucks. my nails lasted just under 2 weeks before the acrylic started cracking and eventually pieces of different nails broke off. if im going to spend my money, it needs to be good service otherwise whats the point? so yeah safe to say I will never return here.
My nails didn’t even last two weeks. Within a week the gel was lifting off the tips and by the second week my nails are breaking. Unfortunately my natural nails that I’ve grown out will have to be cut short and I’ll have restart my growth process.
