Lou has cleaned our chimney for several years and we are always satisfied! Lou and his crew are polite, knowledgeable and willing to explain the particulars as it relates to the chimney. It is evident that Lou takes great pride in his work.
Lou is now my 'fireplace/chimney guy'! He came out during the holidays to do a safety inspection on my (6 year old) fireplace insert/liner/cap because I wasn't convinced by the "chimney sweep" who told me that I needed to replace the entire liner (and that changed to just the top 6" of the liner). Turns out I really just needed the insert combustion chamber cleaned (who knew??)
