Lou has been servicing our chimney for a few years. Always on time, communicates very well and follows up to make sure all is OK. Mostly, I feel Lou is being totally honest with the work he recommends.

We had the Lou Curley team come out twice to our new house. The first time was to clean the heater flu and to fix any potential backdraft problems. Lorraine and her team did a terrific job inspecting my chimney. They were nice and professional. Lorraine showed me the picture of my inside chimney and addressed all of concerns. I feel that i know a lot about my chimney now and how to best maintain it. My chimney needs a cap. She came out couple of days later as she promised and got the job completed successfully. Well done.
