One of the most integrity driven companies I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t just come to a job they explained in detail what they were doing and why. They also explained options for future care without pressuring a sale or trying to upsale anything. Was impressed with their professional but approachable demeanor during the process. We had Lou out to clean and inspect our chimney today and was very pleased! Thankfully there were no issues with our chimney! Lou is a very nice guy and took the time to answer any questions I had. He also cleaned and inspected our daughter’s new house with 2 fireplaces last week which both looked like they were never cleaned! She too was very pleased, his team did an excellent job!
