We had Lou out to clean and inspect our chimney today and was very pleased! Thankfully there were no issues with our chimney! Lou is a very nice guy and took the time to answer any questions I had. He also cleaned and inspected our daughter’s new house with 2 fireplaces last week which both looked like they were never cleaned! She too was very pleased, his team did an excellent job! Extremely pleased with the service! I had an unusual problem and Lou listened and checked everything out!! When everything check out all right he went over and above, literally, by going on to my roof to check something out.
