We were having issues with our dryer not drying clothes and the vent had not been cleaned in a long time. We booked an appointment with Kim for dryer vent cleaning around 9am and Lou arrived same day in the afternoon. He did a thorough job cleaning out the vent, had advice to try to avoid the vent getting clogged up again, and our dryer works like new. Thanks again Lou!
Lou provide top-notch customer service. He took the time to answer all my wife and I's questions, which could have been annoying to most as we knew nothing about owning a fireplace before he came to do our appointment.
