Best in America – Lotus of Siam is the best Thai restaurant in America. Don't just take my word for it. In its October, 2001 issue, Gourmet magazine called Lotus of Siam "the best Thai restaurant in the United States." The duck curry (replete with cherry tomatoes, small grapes, pineapple and coconut milk) was the best curry dish Ive ever had and I consider myself an expert on good curry.
Best Thai Anywhere! – Lotus of Siam is the best restaurant and value in Las Vegas. The decor is unassuming but the food is anything but! Saipin is a culinary genius. Be sure to ask for Bill, Saipin's husband, when you arrive. He makes wonderful food and wine recommendations (they have an impressive selection of Rieslings), and is a very funny guy as well! We were completely charmed by their hospitality and felt as though we were guests in their home.
