Had an appt for 10:30, arrived at 10:15. I sat and watched other people get called back to get their nails done. A tech confirmed my appointment and yet when someone walked in for an 11am appt the same tech immediately took them. Frustrated I stated I had a 10:30 appt and had been there for almost an hrs. Made an appointment at for 1 o’clock and when I arrived they said I had to wait, At 1:15 I asked how long she said she doesn’t know. And took two other people in front of me. I asked her what was the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait an unknown amount of time and she said she didn’t know. Unprofessional Nonchalant if you can’t wait hours I wouldn’t go here.

I've been going to this place for over a year and I absolutely loved it. Went in today for a new acrylic set and had the worst experience. I was charged $90 to have the acrylic ripped off my natural nail. It was a simple design. Black with a chrome French tip. Took 3 hours. I was emailed a 20% off coupon and was told I could not use it. I used to love this place, but apparently the prices have gone way up and the new employees just arent capable of designs that require more than just a solid color.
