Terrible first experience. I waited with my feet in cold water for 20 minutes while the tech ate, then he left me mid service to fix another customer’s nails who had just walked in with a complaint of her own .. this went on for 20 minutes before I asked if someone else could finish what he started which was just putting the acrylic tips on. Lady was so gentle on my very damaged nail and didn’t look at me like I had multiple heads when asking for a design. I love my nails so much and they weren’t expensive 10/10 recommend

2 stars… only because out of all of their techs only 2 should be doing nails. It’s hit or miss how they turn out. Last time they were uneven she only filed one side of each nail so they were all crooked… she didn’t clean up the acrylic that ends up on the underside of your nails… even after I asked. Walked out of there after spending 200$ on my daughter and I completely pissed! Tried to walk in yesterday. They were busy! Took appointments then made them sit 30+ minutes to be seen… it’s a chaotic mess in that place!

Hate that I have to write this but hopefully it helps I had an appointment at 11 waited a half an hour then when I sat in the chair my nails were rushed and don’t even look how I asked them to felt like u couldn’t ask for a design because they were in such a rush! Definitely needs to work in time management and better booking
