Me, my boyfriend’s sister, and mom came here with an 11:30 appointment. After a 30 min wait they took both of them back. I waited another 10-15 mins and was finally taken back. It’s currently 12:35 and I’ve been sitting here with my feet in cold water for the past 20 mins. My boyfriend’s mom is now done and mine is just starting. This is not the first time I’ve made an appointment here and had to wait this long. This makes me sad because I used to LOVE coming here. But after this they no longer have my service.

Not the friendliest salon. Our last time there will be our last time there. The tech had no patience with my daughter who has sensitive feet.

I went there for a refill with my daughter in laws. We had appointments at 9:30 am. After waiting 45 minutes they took my daughter in laws but not me. They advised me the guy who I wanted to do my nails had an appointment at 10 am. I explained to them my appointment was at 9:30 with him. She showed me the book which didn’t have him doing my nails. Inside the salon is really nice and elegant which was a great first impression. However the price for a gel refill is ridiculous. I even have short nails and was charged $50 for just a gel refill. I thought that was a bit much and not really affordable for just a REFILL. I’m not that happy with my nails. They don't look horrible I just didn’t leave the salon a happy customer. It was my first time there and I definitely won’t be returning.
